Uralsib Bonus is a loyalty program for holders of the bank's credit and debit cards.

Use your card to pay for purchases, earn bonus rubles, and redeem them in your personal loyalty account for real money or use them to pay for rail and air tickets and other services for travelers

If you have become the holder of a Pribyl debit card or a MIR card, a credit card with cashback, or have purchased a service package, no additional action will be required — the program will be connected to the card automatically.
In other cases:

• log in to Uralsib Online,
• select the card to connect and go to the “About the card” section,
  
• connect the program in the “Management” section.
  

Bonus rubles are accrued for card purchases or purchases made using card details on the internet.

• If you are a holder of the Premium banking service package or Private banking, we will accrue bonus rubles for purchases made with all cards connected to the Uralsib Bonus program;

• If you do not yet have a premium service package, we will accrue bonus rubles in the cashback categories that you choose for the month.

Bonus rubles are not accrued for cash withdrawals and cash deposits via ATMs, transfers to cards and accounts, payment of taxes and fines, insurance premiums and contributions, utility payments, and telecommunication services. The purchase of precious metals, payment of casino bets, and other expenses related to gambling are also not counted. Nor are they accrued for purchases made with the 120 days maximum credit card or the premium MIR Supreme credit card.

- Clients holding «Private» and «Private Banking» service packages receive 3% without conditions (maximum 21 000 bonus rubles per month)

- Clients holding «Premium banking» service packages receive:

     3% if the amount of assets in the reporting period exceeded 6 million rubles (maximum 12 000 bonus rubles per month)

     2% if the amount of assets in the reporting period ranged from 2.5 to 6 million rubles (maximum 8 000 bonus rubles per month)

     1% if the amount of assets in the reporting period was less than 2.5 million rubles (maximum 4 000 bonus rubles per month)

-  Other clients – cashback in 3 categories (maximum 3 000 bonus rubles per month, but no more than 1 000 bonus rubles in categories with increased rewards, i.e. in all categories except the «Everything» category).

Additionally, all clients participating in the Uralsib Bonus program may receive, without monthly amount limits, up to 30% cashback for purchases in stores and services available in the Uralsib Bonus personal account in the «Online Partners» section

*Except for the 120 days maximum credit card and the MIR Supreme premium credit card — for these cards, only cashback of up to 30% is available for purchases in the Uralsib Bonus personal account.

Holders of the 120 Days to the Max card or the MIR Supreme premium credit card can receive cashback of up to 30% in bonus rubles for purchases at partner stores. To do this, go to the store's website via the link from your Uralsib Bonus personal account and pay for the purchase with your card:

Up to 30% of the purchase amount will be returned as bonus rubles to your Uralsib Bonus account

Clients who are registered in the Uralsib Bonus loyalty program through other card products of the bank and already have access to the loyalty personal account and the partner showcase do not need to connect Uralsib Bonus for their 120 Days to the Max cards or the MIR Supreme premium credit card—they already have the option to pay for purchases in the partner showcase. If there are no such cards, you can connect Uralsib Bonus in Uralsib Online in the “Management” section or at a bank branch.

Bonus rubles for the 120 Days to the Max credit cards or the MIR Supreme premium credit card are accrued only for purchases in the “Online Partners” section of the Uralsib Bonus personal account; bonus rubles under the standard terms of the program are not accrued.

Bonus rubles for purchases in categories are credited separately for each transaction. You can view accruals in the "Transaction History" section of your personal account.

Bonus rubles for holders of the "Premium banking" and "Private banking" service packages are credited monthly on the 10th day of the month following the spending month.

Bonus rubles for assets for holders of the "Premium banking" service package are credited as a separate amount on the 26th day of the month following the spending month.

Bonus rubles for purchases from partners in the "Online Partners" section of the loyalty personal account are credited upon confirmation by the partner, on average 45 days after the purchase is made.

On the main screen of your personal account, in the section “Choose what to spend bonus rubles on”, several options are available.

Purchase compensation.

You can get money back for a purchase in the amount of ₽1,500 to ₽50,000 for the previous calendar month. Only the full transaction amount can be compensated; partial compensation is not available.

1.    Go to the “Purchase compensation” section, which displays the full list of purchases eligible for compensation. Purchases marked in gray cannot be compensated — the reason is indicated in gray text.

2. In the filter, select “Available for compensation”.

3. Click the green icon in the line of the selected purchase.

4. Confirm the purchase compensation.

5. The money in the amount of the transaction will be credited to the card account on the next business day. 1 bonus ruble = 1 ₽.

Travel.

Use bonus rubles to pay in full or in part for rail and air tickets, hotel bookings, or car rental.

1. Go to the “Travel” section.

2. Select a ticket, hotel, or rental car.

3. Fill in all required fields.

4. At the payment stage, indicate that you want to use bonus rubles (select the checkbox).

5. Complete the payment and order placement. 1 bonus ruble = 1 ₽.

Exchange for RZHD Bonus points.

Convert bonus rubles into “RZHD Bonus” points — they can then be used to purchase rail tickets or improve the comfort of your trip.

To do this, you need to:

1. In your loyalty personal account, go to the “Partner bonuses” section.

2. Enter the “RZHD Bonus” account number. Bonus rubles can be transferred both to your own account and to the account of your relative or friend.

3. Enter the amount of bonus rubles for exchange (minimum 150 bonus rubles; the bonus ruble amount must be a multiple of 1.5, for example: 150, 225, 300).

Exchange rate: 1.5 bonus rubles = 1 “RZHD Bonus” point.

4. Confirm the transaction.

The bonuses will be credited to the “RZHD Bonus” account within 10 business days.

Yes, bonus rubles have an expiration period of 12 months. If you do not manage to use the bonus rubles within this time, they will expire.

·        The validity period of bonus rubles is 12 months from the accrual date (i.e. bonus rubles that the client has not used within 12 consecutive months after accrual will expire).

·        The remaining balance of bonus rubles in the account is reset in full if, for 6 consecutive months, there have been neither accrual nor debit transactions on the bonus account.

·        If the overdue amount on any credit products exceeds 30 days, the balance of bonus rubles is reset in full. Accrual of bonus rubles will be restored only in the month following the month of full repayment of the overdue debt

When you make a purchase using a bank card, the funds are not debited from the account immediately. At the time of purchase, the amount is blocked on the account to ensure subsequent debiting. The transaction amount is debited from the account only when the bank receives the financial documents from the merchant. Until that moment, no debt arises.

Thus, credit card debt arises only when the transaction amount is debited from the credit limit rather than from your own funds held on the card, and if it is not repaid by you on the same day.

Connect the Uralsib Bonus program, if it is not yet connected, to your payroll card of Bank Uralsib and receive 1% cashback on purchases and up to 30% on purchases from partners!

In the mobile app or Uralsib Online, on the home screen there is a button labeled: "Uralsib Bonus" or with the Bank Uralsib logo and the bonus ruble balance (by clicking it, you will be taken to your personal account in Uralsib Bonus)

In your personal account, you can view the accumulated bonus rubles, the latest credits to the bonus account, the transaction history, compensate purchases, exchange bonus rubles for travel for bonuses or for RZD points, and also make purchases with cashback of up to 30% in the stores and services presented in the "Online Partners" section.

Each month, select and confirm 3 out of 5 offered categories in your Uralsib Bonus personal account in the "Favorite Categories" section and pay for purchases with Uralsib cards. Bonus rubles will be credited immediately after the transaction is processed (on average, this takes about 3 days).

Cashback is credited in bonus rubles, 1 bonus ruble = 1 ₽

In all categories except “Transport” and “Toll roads”, bonus rubles are credited for every full 100 rubles of purchase amount.

For example:

 - You selected the “Pharmacies 5%” category for the month and made a purchase for 545 rubles – we will credit 25 bonus rubles for this purchase

 - You selected the “Transport 2%” category for the month and made a purchase for 80 rubles – we will credit 1.60 bonus rubles for this purchase

The minimum amount of bonus rubles that can be credited for a purchase is 1 bonus ruble.

If categories are not selected, cashback is not accrued.

In this case, we will debit the accrued bonus rubles:

-       If the purchase is returned in the same month in which it was made, we will debit the same amount that was accrued.

-       If the refund is processed in the following month, we will debit bonus rubles at the rate that will apply to the categories of that month.

-       If at the time of the purchase refund there are not enough bonus rubles in your account to debit the full amount, the remaining balance will be debited from bonus rubles credited in the future.

If you subscribe to the “Premium banking” or “Private banking” service package after selecting categories for the current and\or next month, we will continue to accrue cashback in those categories until the end of such months (for which the categories were selected). After that, cashback will be accrued in accordance with the terms of your service package.

Cashback will accrue on purchases made after selecting categories, but not earlier than the first day of the month for which the categories are selected — the earlier you choose, the more cashback you can receive. For example, categories for December can be selected from November 27 to December 31. You can check the start date of the categories in the “Favorite categories” section. You can check the amount accrued in the “Transaction History” section.

up to 3,000 bonus rubles per month, but no more than 1,000 bonus rubles in categories with increased rewards, i.e. in all categories except the “For Everything” category.

Increased cashback is accrued on the amount of purchases above the specified amount\number of purchases; for purchases up to the specified threshold, cashback is accrued at the rate of the category "For all purchases" (if you selected such a category for the month)

Example of how a category with a purchase amount condition works:

-       You selected the categories "Supermarkets – 5% on the purchase amount from 10,000 rubles" and "For all purchases 1%" for the month

-       You spent 15,000 rubles in the "Supermarkets" category during the month

For the first 10,000 rubles of purchases in the "Supermarkets" category, you will receive 1% (at the rate of the category "For all purchases"), for 5 000 rubles you will receive increased cashback of 5%

Example of how a category with a condition on the number of purchases works: 

-       You selected the categories "Supermarkets – 5% from the 4th purchase" and "For all purchases 1%" for the month

-       You made four purchases in the "Supermarkets" category

For the first three purchases in the "Supermarkets" category, you will receive 1% (at the rate of the category "For all purchases"), for the amount of the fourth purchase cashback will be accrued at the rate of 5%.

There may be several reasons:

-       You did not select categories for the month or made the purchase before selecting categories

-       You paid for the purchase via QR code or through the Faster Payments System (SBP)

-       The purchase is still being processed

-       The purchase was paid for with the credit card “120 Days to the Max” or the “Premium Credit Card”

-       The purchase does not match the selected categories

-       The purchase amount was less than 100 rubles (except for the “Transport” and “Toll Roads” categories)

-       The calculated cashback for the purchase was less than 1 bonus ruble

Bonus rubles are awarded for card purchases or purchases made online using card details.

-       If you are a holder of the Premium banking service package or Private Banking, we will award bonus rubles for purchases made with all cards that are connected to the Uralsib Bonus program;

-       If you do not yet have a premium service package, we will award bonus rubles in the cashback categories that you choose for the month.

Bonus rubles are not awarded for all purchases.  The full list of exclusions is available in the Program Rules.

The categories for the current month can be checked in the “Favorite categories” section. The categories for the current and previous month can be checked in the “My bonuses” section, where you can also see how many bonus rubles have been credited in the selected categories.

No, if you have not selected categories, but have already made a purchase, cashback will not be accrued. For example: if you selected categories on December 10, you will receive cashback for purchases made from December 10 to 31 December.

All participants in the Uralsib Bonus program can receive additional bonus rubles for purchases in stores and services available in the Uralsib Bonus personal account under the “Online Partners” section. Among the bank’s partners, there are more than 100 well-known stores and services — supermarkets, food delivery, home goods, clothing and footwear, and much more. The amount and conditions for receiving the reward are individual for each partner; up to 30% of the purchase amount will be credited to the bonus account of the Uralsib Bonus program.

Additional bonus rubles for purchases from partners are credited regardless of whether the standard conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program are met.

1. On the main page of your Uralsib Bonus personal account, select the "Online Partners" section.

2. In the "Online Partners" section, select a store and go to the partner card to review the terms and conditions.

3. Carefully review the terms and conditions for receiving the reward. Different cashback rates may apply for new and existing store customers, and restrictions may also be established, for example, on the minimum / maximum purchase amount or on the total reward payout amount.

4. Go to the store using the link from the store card by clicking the "Go to store" button. Please review the Rules for making purchases via the link posted under the "Go to store" button in advance.

5. Place your order and pay for the purchase with any card issued by Bank Uralsib.

6. Purchases made from the bank's partners and the preliminarily calculated reward will be reflected in your Uralsib Bonus personal account in the "Transaction History" section under the "Waiting for accrual from partners" tab.   

7. The additional bonus rubles will be credited immediately after confirmation of the purchase is received from the partner (without being tied to the 10th day of the month) and will appear in your Uralsib Bonus personal account in the "Transaction History" section under the "Completed" tab.

Additional bonus rubles are credited to the Uralsib Bonus bonus account after the partner confirms that the reward eligibility conditions have been met. The accrual period depends on the partner: they must confirm the purchase, delivery of the goods, and absence of claims. The average waiting period for cashback accrual is indicated in each partner's card.

Accrual of bonus rubles for a purchase from a partner is made in addition to the main cashback under the loyalty program without being tied to the 10th day of the month, does not depend on the bonus-eligible turnover, and does not require fulfillment of the standard conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program.

Thus, for a purchase from a partner paid for with a card linked to the Uralsib Bonus program, you can receive:

up to 3% subject to fulfillment of all conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program

+

up to 30% for purchases from partners (the reward amount varies for each partner)

The amount of additional bonus rubles that can be received for purchases from partners is not limited unless this is specified in the store card under the reward accrual terms. The total amount of additional bonus rubles for all purchases from partners is also not limited.

No, as additional bonus rubles are credited only when you follow the link in the Uralsib Bonus personal account in the “Online Partners” section. The specific reward accrual terms are indicated in the partner's card.

There may be several reasons:

·         The purchase has not yet been confirmed by the partner (you can check the average confirmation and reward crediting period in the partner card)

·         One of the reward conditions has not been met: the link from the personal account of Uralsib Bonus was not used, the order was not placed within a single session, the purchase was not paid for with a card issued by Uralsib Bank, did not meet the partner's conditions (minimum and maximum amount), or other partner restrictions applied.

Within 10 days, the points will be credited to the RZHD Bonus member's account.

To exchange them, go to the “Partner Bonuses” section in your Uralsib Bonus personal account.

Enter the amount of bonus rubles you want to transfer and the 13-digit account number of the RZHD Bonus program member.

Purchases in the amount of ₽1,500 to ₽50,000 for the previous calendar month are eligible for reimbursement. You can reimburse only the full amount of the transaction; partial reimbursement is not available.

The amount of the compensated transaction will be credited to the account of the active RUB bank card that was most recently connected to the program.

If the most recently connected card under the program was a credit card or a debit card with a credit line, and you have an active RUB debit card, the cashback will be credited to the debit card.

No, if at the time cashback is credited you do not have a bank card in RUB, the crediting will not be made. In this case, the bonus rubles will be returned back to the account, and you will be able to use them to pay for travel services or exchange them for RZHD points.

Cancellation of the bonus ruble exchange transaction is not provided for.
