Do bonus rubles expire if they are not used?

Yes, bonus rubles have an expiration period of 12 months. If you do not manage to use the bonus rubles within this time, they will expire.

·        The validity period of bonus rubles is 12 months from the accrual date (i.e. bonus rubles that the client has not used within 12 consecutive months after accrual will expire).

·        The remaining balance of bonus rubles in the account is reset in full if, for 6 consecutive months, there have been neither accrual nor debit transactions on the bonus account.

·        If the overdue amount on any credit products exceeds 30 days, the balance of bonus rubles is reset in full. Accrual of bonus rubles will be restored only in the month following the month of full repayment of the overdue debt
