What is additional cashback for purchases from partners?
All
participants in the Uralsib Bonus program can receive additional bonus rubles
for purchases in stores and services available in the Uralsib Bonus personal
account under the “Online Partners” section. Among the bank’s partners, there are more than 100
well-known stores and services — supermarkets, food delivery, home goods,
clothing and footwear, and much more. The amount and conditions for receiving the reward are
individual for each partner; up to 30% of the purchase amount will be credited to
the bonus account of the Uralsib Bonus program.
Additional
bonus rubles for purchases from partners are credited regardless of whether the
standard conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program are met.
1. On the
main page of your Uralsib Bonus personal account, select the "Online Partners"
section.
2. In the
"Online Partners" section, select a store and go to the partner card
to review the terms and conditions.
3. Carefully
review the terms and conditions for receiving the reward. Different cashback rates
may apply for new and existing store customers, and restrictions may also be
established, for example, on the minimum / maximum purchase amount or on the
total reward payout amount.
4. Go to the
store using the link from the store card by clicking the "Go to store" button.

5. Place
your order and pay for the purchase with any card issued by Bank Uralsib.
6. Purchases
made from the bank's partners and the preliminarily calculated reward
will be reflected in your Uralsib Bonus personal account in the "Transaction History" section under
the "Waiting for accrual from partners" tab.
7. The additional bonus rubles
will be credited immediately after confirmation of the purchase is received
from the partner (without being tied to the 10th day of the month) and will appear in your
Uralsib Bonus personal account in the "Transaction History" section under the "Completed" tab.
When and how is additional cashback accrued for purchases from partners?
Additional
bonus rubles are credited to the Uralsib Bonus bonus account after the
partner confirms that the reward eligibility conditions have been met. The
accrual period depends on the partner: they must confirm the purchase,
delivery of the goods, and absence of claims. The average waiting period for cashback
accrual is indicated in each partner's card.
Accrual of
bonus rubles for a purchase from a partner is made in addition to the main
cashback under the loyalty program without being tied to the 10th day of the month, does not depend on
the bonus-eligible turnover, and does not require fulfillment of the standard conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program.
Thus,
for a purchase from a partner paid for with a card linked to the
Uralsib Bonus program, you can receive:
up to 3%
subject to fulfillment of all conditions of the Uralsib Bonus program
+
up to
30% for purchases from partners (the reward amount
varies for each partner)
Are there any limits on the amount of additional bonus rubles that can be received as cashback from partners?
The amount
of additional bonus rubles that can be received for purchases from partners
is not limited unless this is specified in the store card under the reward
accrual terms. The total amount of additional bonus rubles for all purchases
from partners is also not limited.
Will additional bonus rubles be credited for a purchase from a partner if an order is placed directly in the partner's store rather than from the Uralsib Bonus personal account?
No, as additional bonus rubles are credited only when you follow the link in the Uralsib Bonus personal account in the “Online Partners” section. The specific reward accrual terms are indicated in the partner's card.
Why were additional bonus rubles not credited for a purchase from a partner?
There may be several
reasons:

has not yet been confirmed by the partner (you can check the average confirmation and reward crediting period
in the partner card)

One
of the reward conditions has not been met: the link from the personal account of
Uralsib Bonus was not used, the order was not placed within a single session, the purchase
was not paid for with a card issued by Uralsib Bank, did not meet the partner's conditions (minimum and
maximum amount), or other partner restrictions applied.
