Purchase compensation

Purchases in the amount of ₽1,500 to ₽50,000 for the previous calendar month are eligible for reimbursement. You can reimburse only the full amount of the transaction; partial reimbursement is not available.

The amount of the compensated transaction will be credited to the account of the active RUB bank card that was most recently connected to the program.

If the most recently connected card under the program was a credit card or a debit card with a credit line, and you have an active RUB debit card, the cashback will be credited to the debit card.

No, if at the time cashback is credited you do not have a bank card in RUB, the crediting will not be made. In this case, the bonus rubles will be returned back to the account, and you will be able to use them to pay for travel services or exchange them for RZHD points.

Cancellation of the bonus ruble exchange transaction is not provided for.
