I did not receive cashback for a purchase, why?

There may be several reasons:

-       You did not select categories for the month or made the purchase before selecting categories

-       You paid for the purchase via QR code or through the Faster Payments System (SBP)

-       The purchase is still being processed

-       The purchase was paid for with the credit card “120 Days to the Max” or the “Premium Credit Card”

-       The purchase does not match the selected categories

-       The purchase amount was less than 100 rubles (except for the “Transport” and “Toll Roads” categories)

-       The calculated cashback for the purchase was less than 1 bonus ruble
