Accrual of interest on balance and cashback

How can I use the accumulated bonus rubles?

There are three ways to spend bonus rubles:

·        receive cashback in the amount of one of the purchases made, that is, compensate a purchase with bonus rubles,

·        use bonus rubles for partial or full payment for rail and air tickets, hotel booking or car rental in the section "Travel for Bonuses"

·        exchange bonus rubles for RZHD Bonus points — they can then be used to purchase rail tickets or enhance the comfort of your journey.

How quickly are bonus rubles credited to the account?

Bonus rubles for purchases in categories are credited separately for each transaction. You can view accruals in the "Transaction History" section of your personal account.

Bonus rubles for holders of the "Premium banking" and "Private Banking"/ "Private" service packages are credited monthly on the 10th day of the month following the month of spending.

Bonus rubles for assets for holders of the "Premium banking" service package are credited as a separate amount on the 26th day of the month following the month of spending.

Bonus rubles for purchases from partners in the "Online Partners" section of the loyalty account are credited upon confirmation by the partner, on average 45 days after the purchase is made.

How can I reimburse a purchase?

To exchange bonus rubles for cashback, you need to:

  • make, during the previous calendar month, purchases with cards connected to the loyalty program that are eligible for reimbursement with bonus rubles,
  • log in to your loyalty account and select a purchase for reimbursement,
  • confirm the exchange of bonus rubles.

Purchases in the amount of ₽1,500 to ₽50,000 made during the previous calendar month will be available for reimbursement.

Before the exchange, make sure that you have an active ruble card connected to the Uralsib Bonus program – according to the Program Rules, funds may be credited only to a ruble card account. If only your foreign currency cards are connected to the program, the exchange transaction will not go through and the bonus rubles will be returned to your bonus account.

Is there a fee for cash withdrawal?

With the Pribyl Card, you can withdraw cash from 3 000 rubles without any fee at ATMs of any banks in Russia, regardless of your monthly purchase amount. For more details about fees in other cases, see the Tariffs & fees.

Where can cash be withdrawn?

The most convenient way to withdraw cash is at an ATM of Bank Uralsib. Information on ATM addresses and opening hours is available on the bank's website, as well as at Bank Uralsib branches.

Please follow a few simple rules when withdrawing cash from your card:

  • Do not withdraw cash in deserted places or at ATMs of banks unknown to you.
  • When entering your PIN code, make sure that no one is watching you and, if necessary, cover the keypad with your free hand.
  • Take your cash from the ATM immediately, without waiting for the warning signal. Otherwise, the ATM will retain the “forgotten” card and cash. To recover them, you will have to contact the bank.

If you believe that fraud has been committed against you or your PIN code has become known to someone else, be sure to contact the Contact Center of Bank Uralsib and block your card.

How can I transfer funds to other banks?

You can make a transfer using the Faster Payments System (SBP) – commission-free transfers up to RUB 100,000 per month.

You can also make card-to-card money transfers to a card of any Russian bank in Uralsib Online. To do this, your card must be connected to 3-D Secure.

To make a card-to-card transfer, go to https://card2card.uralsib.ru/ and enter your card details and the recipient's card details.

How to top up a card without a fee?

The fastest and most convenient way to top up your card is by transferring funds from a card of any bank to the Pribyl Card in Uralsib Online. You can make a transfer using the Faster Payments System (SBP) — fee-free transfers of up to 100 000 rubles per month. Make sure that the card of the other bank is connected to the Faster Payments System (SBP) so that no fee is charged to the sender's card.

Operations abroad

I cannot pay with my debit card abroad. What should I do?

Before traveling abroad, be sure to review the list of countries where cards of this international payment system are accepted. There are also a number of merchants that accept bank cards for payment from only one international payment system. In some countries, only cards of local payment systems are accepted. Before purchasing goods or services at a merchant, ask whether they accept international bank cards for payment, or pay attention to the stickers/decals both on the entrance door and near the store checkout. If these conditions are met, but the card still does not work, contact the bank using the following phone numbers:

Can I use a debit card (withdraw cash or pay in stores) while in another country?

Certainly. A card of the MIR payment system can be used to pay for purchases in stores, withdraw cash, and make online payments both within Russia and abroad.

Please note that when withdrawing cash from ATMs of third-party banks abroad, a fee may be charged by the bank that owns the ATM. In some cases, the ATM warns you about the amount of such fee before the withdrawal, and in other cases the fee is included in the total charge and is automatically debited from the card.

What should I do if my card is lost?

Immediately report this to the bank by calling:

Inform the operator that the card has been lost and, if possible, provide its number and expiry date.

The card will be blocked immediately after your call. Please try to contact us as soon as you discover the loss of the card. In the event of a delayed notification, the bank shall not be liable for card transactions made without your knowledge.

After the card is blocked, it can no longer be used, and you will need to visit the bank branch where you completed the application form for opening a card account and issuing the card in order to have a new card issued to replace the lost one.

What is MIR Rau

Mir Pay is an application from the MIR payment system for contactless payment using a smartphone.

You can pay with Mir Pay at any terminal that accepts contactless MIR cards.

Available to owners of devices based on Android OS (version 6.0 and above) and supporting NFC technology. The service is not available to iOS users.

How to pay for purchases in stores with Mir Pay

Before making a payment, you need to select Mir Pay as the default wallet for payments and enable NFC.

  • Unlock the smartphone screen
  • Hold the device with its back panel against the terminal. The message under the image, «To pay, hold your phone against the terminal», means that the Mir Pay app is fully ready to be used for purchase payments.
  • The terminal will confirm successful payment

How to set a PIN for your card

Wait for an SMS from The bank informing you that you need to set a PIN for your card.

You can set a PIN in two ways:

  1. After registering at online.uralsib.ru or in The bank's mobile app, tap your card on the main screen, then select the “About the card” menu item, and then tap “Change PIN”.
  2. Or call The bank's toll-free hotline from your mobile phone at 8 800 250 57 57 and follow the voice menu prompts. Follow the instructions provided over the phone.

How to connect the Faster Payments System

Connect the Faster Payments System and make transfers across Russia with no fee for amounts up to 100,000 rubles per month.

To do this, in the app open the “More” section -> “Transfers by phone number” and activate the “Send and receive transfers via the Faster Payments System” function.

After connecting, in the “Payments” section select “By phone number”, enter the recipient's phone number and specify the bank for the transfer.

How to confirm your phone number

Wait for an SMS from The bank requesting confirmation of your phone number.

You can confirm your number in two ways:

  • Register at online.uralsib.ru or in The bank's mobile app using your card number and mobile phone number. A confirmation code for login will be sent to the specified number. After the code is entered successfully, the phone number will be confirmed automatically.
  • Alternatively, call The bank's toll-free hotline from your mobile phone at 8 800 250 57 57 and follow the voice menu prompts.

Uralsib Bonus and cashback

What is the validity period of bonus rubles?

The validity period of bonus rubles is 12 months from the accrual date (i.e. bonus rubles that the client has not used within 12 consecutive months after accrual expire).

The remaining balance of bonus rubles in the account is reset in full if there have been neither accrual nor debit transactions on the bonus account for 6 consecutive months. 

If the overdue period on any credit products exceeds 30 days, the bonus ruble balance is reset in full. Accrual of bonus rubles will be resumed only in the month following the month of full repayment of the overdue debt.

If you have become the holder of a MIR debit  card, no additional actions are required – the Uralsib Bonus program will be connected to the card automatically. If for some reason the program is not connected, then:

·        log in to the mobile app or Uralsib Online

How can I reimburse a purchase?

You can get money back for a purchase in the amount from RUB 1,500 to RUB 50,000 for the previous calendar month. Only the full amount of the transaction can be reimbursed; partial reimbursement is not available.

1. Go to the "Purchase Reimbursement" section, which displays the full list of purchases that meet the reimbursement terms. Purchases marked in gray cannot be reimbursed — the reason is indicated in gray font.

2. In the filter, select "Available for reimbursement".

3. Click the green icon in the row of the selected purchase.

4. Confirm the purchase reimbursement.

5. The amount of the transaction will be credited to the card account on the next business day.

How can I exchange bonus rubles for rail and air tickets, hotel booking, or car rental?

1. Log in to your loyalty account and go to the “Travel for Bonuses” section.

2. Select a ticket, hotel, or car.

3. Fill in all required fields and select additional services.

5. Indicate that bonus rubles will be used to pay for the order.

6. Complete the payment and place the order.

You can use any bank card to pay for the selected service, and you can also pay up to 100% of the cost of the selected service with bonus rubles.

Where can I find out the amount of accumulated bonus rubles?

In the mobile app or Uralsib Online, the home screen contains a button labeled: «Uralsib Bonus» or the Bank Uralsib logo with the Bonus Rubles balance (by clicking which you will be taken to your Uralsib Bonus personal account)

In your personal account, you can view your accumulated bonus rubles, the latest credits to your bonus account, transaction history, redeem purchases, exchange bonus rubles for travel bonuses or RZD points, as well as make purchases with cashback of up to 30% in the stores and services presented in the «Online Partners» section.
