What should I do if my card is lost?

Immediately report this to The bank by calling:
8 (800) 250-57-57 (within Russia);
+7 (495) 723-77-21,+7 (495) 723-78-21 (Moscow);
+7 (347) 2-519-519 (Ufa).

Inform the operator that the card has been lost and, if possible, provide its number and expiration date. Please note the surname and first name of the operator who accepted your report.

Confirm your request with a written application at any office of The bank.

The card will be blocked immediately after your call. Please try to contact us as soon as you discover the card is missing. In the event of delayed notification, The bank shall not be liable for card transactions made without your knowledge.

After the card is blocked, it can no longer be used, and you will need to contact the bank branch where you submitted the application form to open the card account and issue the card in order to issue a new card to replace the lost one.

How to unblock a card?

You can always unblock your card yourself in the web version and mobile app of Uralsib Online if the card was temporarily blocked by you.

To unblock it, simply open the blocked card, select “Unblock card”, and confirm the transaction with a one-time SMS password. If the card was blocked permanently, it cannot be unblocked by any means and can only be reissued. To issue a new card, you need to visit the nearest bank branch with your passport.

How to block a card?

You can block your card in several ways:

Via Uralsib Online

To block the card, select the card you are interested in and click the "Block card" button. Depending on the type of block, the card may be blocked temporarily (with the option to unblock it via the web version or mobile app of Uralsib Online) or permanently (with subsequent reissue at a bank branch).

Temporary card blocking is possible for the following reasons:

  • the card is lost;
  • the card was retained by an ATM;
  • at your own initiative.

After a temporary block, you can always unblock the card in Uralsib Online or by visiting the nearest bank branch with your passport.

Permanent card blocking is possible for the following reasons:

  • the card was stolen;
  • the card details became available to third parties.

After permanent blocking, the card cannot be unblocked in any way, only reissued. To issue a new card, you need to visit the nearest bank branch with your passport.

You can also block the card by contacting the bank at the following phone numbers:
