Can a loan be repaid early and what are the conditions for early repayment?
Yes, it can.
Partial early repayment is made on
the basis of the client's written application, provided that the client has no outstanding obligations
on the date specified in the client's application, and subject to the availability of funds in the account
in an amount sufficient to carry it out. The application must state
the client's intention to repay the loan early, indicating the repayment date
and the nature of the repayment (full or partial).
Partial early repayment is made on any
business day without being tied to the scheduled date of the annuity payment.
Partial early repayment does not
include the monthly loan payment.
The option of partial
early repayment/full early repayment is free of charge.
Transfers are carried out subject to the applicable limits (for example, the Faster Payments System (SBP)).
Cash deposit through the cashier is subject to the current tariffs.

Partial early repayment is made on the basis of the Borrower's written application, provided that the Borrower has no outstanding obligations on the date specified in the Borrower's application and that there are sufficient funds in the Account to make such repayment. The application must contain the Borrower's intention to repay the Loan early, indicating the repayment date and the type of repayment (full or partial).
Partial early repayment may be made on any business day without being tied to the scheduled annuity payment date.
Are there any fees for payments/for early repayment?
The option to make partial/full early repayment is free for the Borrower. Transfers are made in accordance with the applicable limits (for example, the Faster Payments System (SBP)). Depositing funds through the cash desk is subject to the current Tariffs & fees.
1. The client may refuse the item and the signed loan on the day of its purchase and signing of the credit agreement, for example, if the loan was arranged first, but at the checkout it turned out that the item was the wrong color, defective, or out of stock.
2. The client may contact the store during the warranty period and request the return of an item of inadequate quality or, within the framework of the Civil Code, return it to the store with reimbursement of the item's amount. In this case, the decision on the return is made by the store itself.
Cancellation of the service is possible in two ways:
1.
By submitting
a relevant application at a bank branch.
2.
By sending
a relevant application to the bank’s address via Russian Post.

website.
Can additional services be connected when applying for a loan?
Yes, it is possible. A store employee will inform you of the list of available partner services when you submit a loan application. All services are provided only at your request and are not mandatory.
