Cancellation of the service is possible in two ways:
1.
By submitting
a relevant application at a bank branch.
2.
By sending
a relevant application to the bank’s address via Russian Post.
The template application for cancellation of the “SMS package” service and
refund of funds is available in the “Tariffs & fees and documents” section on the bank’s
website.
Can additional services be connected when applying for a loan?
Yes, it is possible. A store employee will inform you of the list of available partner services when you submit a loan application. All services are provided only at your request and are not mandatory.
