Loans and refinancing

1. On December 12, 2022, the right of claim under the loan will be assigned to PJSC "BANK URALSIB" (the possibility of assignment is предусмотрена в clause 3.3.2 of the General Lending Terms).
2. The current loan terms — term, interest rate, payment amount and date, outstanding debt amount, loan agreement number — will remain unchanged.         
3. After December 12, 2022,  current information on your personal loan will no longer be available from JSC CB "Citibank". 

If you have opened or already had an active current account with PJSC "Bank Uralsib", repayment is possible:

• Without leaving home, via the Uralsib Online mobile app and at online.uralsib.ru, including from a card issued by another bank 
• In cash via ATMs and payment terminals of PJSC "Bank Uralsib", as well as ATMs of partner banks 
• by bank transfer from another bank, as well as via the Faster Payments System (SBP) 

• in cash through the cashier at a bank branch (in accordance with PJSC tariffs)

If you have automatic loan payments set up (for example, a transfer from another bank or from an account with JSC CB "Citibank"), do not forget to update the bank details so that payments are sent to the new bank.

1. Payments due on or before December 9, 2022, inclusive, will be processed by JSC CB Citibank, and you should make payments using the current bank details to JSC CB Citibank.
2. Payments scheduled for December 10, 11, 12, 2022 and later, must be made to PJSC "Bank Uralsib" using the bank details that you will receive when opening the account. 

If you do not deposit funds into the account with PJSC "Bank Uralsib" before the next loan payment due date, this will be considered overdue, even if the required amount is in the account with JSC CB Citibank.

If you have set up automatic loan payments (for example, a transfer from another bank or from an account with JSC CB Citibank), do not forget to update the bank details so that payments are sent to the new bank

1. Open a current account with PJSC "BANK URALSIB" in a way convenient for you: 

• By ordering a Pribyl debit card with courier delivery available. Complete the application form on the bank's website in the "Debit cards" section 
• By visiting a bank branch with your passport and this notice. The list of bank branches is available on the website 
  

2. If you already have an active account with PJSC "BANK URALSIB", you are not required to take any additional actions to open a current account. 

1. Become a client of PJSC "BANK URALSIB" remotely using the biometric registration service
2. Call the Contact Center of PJSC "BANK URALSIB" to clarify another method of loan repayment.
