1. The client may refuse the product and the signed
loan agreement on the day of its purchase and signing of the loan agreement, for example, if the
loan was initially issued, but at the checkout it turned out that the product was the wrong color, defective,
or the product was not available.
2. The client may contact the store during the
warranty period and request the return of a product of inadequate quality or,
within the framework of the Civil Code, return it to the store with reimbursement of the amount of this product. In this case, the decision on the return
is made by the store itself.
