What should I do if my card is lost?

Immediately report this to the bank by calling:

  • 8 (800) 250-57-57 (within Russia)
  • +7 (495) 723-77-21, +7 (495) 723-78-21 (Moscow),
  • +7 (347) 2-519-519 (Ufa).

Inform the operator that the card has been lost and, if possible, provide its number and expiration date. The card will be blocked immediately after your call.

Please try to contact us at the same moment you discover the card is missing. In the event of a delayed request, The bank shall not be liable for card transactions made without your knowledge.

After the card is blocked, it can no longer be used, and you will need to contact the bank branch where you submitted the application form to open the card account and issue the card in order to have a new card issued to replace the lost one.

What if there is no terminal in the store for reading the chip, will it be possible to complete the transaction?

The card has both a chip and a magnetic stripe. Completing the transaction using the chip will take priority. If the merchant or ATM is unable to complete the transaction using the chip, the magnetic stripe will be used.

A chip (microprocessor) is an additional security feature. The card data stored on the chip cannot currently be copied.
