This is standard practice when an agreement on assignment of rights (cession) is concluded and a loan is transferred from one bank to another. The law does not require any special circumstances for such an assignment.
The transfer of a loan from one bank to another is a lawful and common practice. It does not require any special circumstances or reasons and is not connected with any problems relating to your loan.
The term, interest rate, amount, and payment date, as well as the outstanding debt amount and contract number, remain unchanged.Read about the specifics of loan transfers between banks here:
On what grounds did Tbank sell my loan to Uralsib without my consent
Subject to Article 12 of Federal Law No. 353-FZ, assignment of rights under a loan agreement is permitted unless a federal law or the loan agreement provides otherwise. The borrower's loan agreement does not prohibit the assignment of rights to another creditor. At the same time, obtaining the borrower's separate consent to the assignment of rights is not required if such rights are assigned to a credit institution.
Who should I contact with questions about the loan – T-Bank or Uralsib?

When do I need to make the first loan payment to Uralsib?
Make payments according to the regular schedule.
To pay your loan online and keep track of the payment schedule, become an Uralsib client. Visit our branch before the next payment date and apply for a free Pribyl Card. When applying, inform the employee that your loan was transferred from T-Bank.
With the Pribyl Card, you will receive cashback, free обслуживание, a high interest rate on the balance, and other favorable terms.
What should I do if a payment has already been made to a T-Bank account, but the loan has already been transferred to Uralsib. Can the money be withdrawn?
If the funds have already been deposited to a T-Bank debit card, the funds will be credited toward loan repayment. This option is temporary, so we recommend making your next payment through the Uralsib mobile app after first applying for our Pribyl Card (when applying for the card, you must inform a Bank Uralsib employee that your loan was transferred from T-Bank).
What are the terms for full or partial early loan repayment?
If you have an account with Uralsib linked to the loan, you can repay the loan early through our bank's app. The main thing is to make sure there are funds in the account.
If you do not have an active account with Uralsib and only have a loan account:
For full early repayment: transfer the loan amount to the loan account. It is better to send a little more, as interest accrues every day and the transfer may take up to 3 days. The remaining balance will be returned to you.
For partial repayment: transfer funds to the loan account — the loan term will be automatically reduced.
If you want to reduce the monthly payment, you need to submit an application at a Uralsib office.
Important: if partial repayment takes place before the date of the next payment, you must pay interest for the remaining days until the payment date.
What should I do if I have already deposited money into my account with Uralsib, but T-Bank has also debited money for the loan? How can I get the payment refunded?
The payment will be refunded to the T-Bank debit card within 5 business days.
What should I do if I made a payment using T-Bank details?
The funds will be automatically transferred to the loan repayment account at Uralsib. This usually happens a few days before the payment date.
However, this is a temporary service. For convenience going forward, we recommend applying for a Pribyl Card at Uralsib and repaying the loan through the bank’s mobile app. When applying, inform the employee that your loan was transferred from T-Bank. With the Pribyl Card, you will receive cashback, free обслуживание, a high interest rate on the account balance, and other beneficial terms.
If you topped up the loan servicing account at T-Bank, the loan payment will not be repaid. Contact T-Bank support and return the funds to your card.
Why did the monthly payment date change after the transfer to Uralsib?
The monthly payment date remains the same, but funds are debited only on business days.
For example, you usually make your loan payment on the 1st. This month, the payment date falls on a Saturday, so the funds will be debited on the next business day, Monday. The same applies during public holidays, for example, in January or May. If the 1st falls on a day off, the funds will be debited on the first business day after the holidays. If the payment date falls on a business day, the payment will be processed as usual.
The date shift does not affect interest — the loan amount will not change, and you will not overpay on the loan.
If the date of the monthly payment falls within the period from January 9 to 11, by how many days in advance should money be deposited into the loan account?
Money must be deposited into the loan account no later than January 6, 2025.
Why is the debt amount higher than it was at T-Bank?
The debt amount may seem higher, but in fact it has not changed. T-Bank and Uralsib simply show the customer the loan debt amount differently.
Here is how it works:When your loan was transferred, the interest accrued after the last payment at T-Bank was added to the debt amount. At T-Bank, interest was also accrued daily, but it was shown only on the next payment.
For example:
You made your last payment on December 10, and the debt became 100,000 rubles.
By December 20, when the loan was transferred to Uralsib, interest for 10 days had accrued.
At Uralsib, the debt amount will be shown immediately including this interest. At T-Bank, this interest also exists, but it will only be shown on the next scheduled payment.
There is no need to worry — this is not additional debt, but part of the standard interest accrual process.
The first payment may have increased due to recalculation after the loan was transferred to Uralsib. This is related to your early payments at T-Bank and the interest accrued as of the transfer date.
We are currently adjusting the payment schedule. This will take 1–2 months.
For now, please make payments according to the amounts in your payment schedule issued before the loan transfer.
If you already have an account with Uralsib, call the bank's support line and find out whether your current account can be used for loan payments. If the account is suitable for payment, there is no need to open anything additional.
