Why is the debt amount higher than it was at T-Bank?

The debt amount may seem higher, but in fact it has not changed. T-Bank and Uralsib simply show the customer the loan debt amount differently.

Here is how it works:When your loan was transferred, the interest accrued after the last payment at T-Bank was added to the debt amount. At T-Bank, interest was also accrued daily, but it was shown only on the next payment.

For example:

  • You made your last payment on December 10, and the debt became 100,000 rubles.
  • By December 20, when the loan was transferred to Uralsib, interest for 10 days had accrued.
  • At Uralsib, the debt amount will be shown immediately including this interest. At T-Bank, this interest also exists, but it will only be shown on the next scheduled payment.

There is no need to worry — this is not additional debt, but part of the standard interest accrual process.
