What should I do if my card is lost?

Immediately report this to The bank by calling:

  • 8 (800) 250-57-57 (within Russia),
  • +7 (495) 723-77-21, +7 (495) 723-78-21 (Moscow),
  • +7 (347) 2-519-519 (Ufa).

Inform the operator that the card has been lost and, if possible, provide its number and expiry date.

The card will be blocked immediately after your call. Please try to contact us as soon as you discover the card is missing. In the event of delayed notification, The bank shall not be liable for card transactions carried out without your knowledge.

After the card is blocked, it can no longer be used, and you will need to contact the branch of The bank where you submitted the application form for opening the card account and issuing the card in order to have a new card issued to replace the lost one.
