How to connect the 1C module?

The 1C module is easy to use and comes with clear instructions. To use the 1C module, follow a few simple steps:

  • Download the bank exchange module to your computer.
  • Using the simple and clear guide, connect the module to 1C software and perform exports in one click.

Yes. Even if you do not have a current account with The bank, you can connect a payroll project. To do this, leave a request on the payroll programs page.

What documents are required to connect a payroll project?
  • If you do not have an account with The bank, you can ознакомиться with the full list of documents by following the link.
  • If you are a client of the bank with Current Account Services for more than 3 months and there have been no changes in the documents you provided when opening a current account, resubmission of documents is not required.

Can I top up my payroll card myself?

Of course, you can. You can deposit money via an ATM with a cash deposit function. No commission fee and instant crediting at Uralsib ATMs. You can also top up by bank transfer, including through the Faster Payments System (SBP).

How do I set a PIN for a payroll card?

If you were issued a card without a PIN envelope, you will need to set the PIN yourself. 

1. CONFIRM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. You will receive an SMS from The bank requesting confirmation of your mobile phone number. You can confirm your number in two ways:

Register at online.uralsib.ru or in the mobile app using your card number and mobile phone number. An SMS with a login code will be sent to the specified number. After successful registration, the number will be confirmed automatically.

OR

Call the toll-free hotline at 8 800 250 57 57 from the mobile phone number specified in your application. Confirm your mobile phone number by following the voice menu prompts.

2. SET THE PIN. You will receive an SMS requesting that you set a PIN for your card. You can set the PIN in two ways:

After registering in Online banking or the mobile app, tap your card on the home screen, then select the “About the card” menu item, then tap “Change PIN”.

OR

Call the toll-free hotline again at 8 800 250 57 57 from the mobile phone number specified in your application. Set the PIN by following the voice menu prompts.

3. CONGRATULATIONS! Before using the card, it is recommended to perform any transaction at any ATM (for example, when making your first purchase in a store, insert the card into the payment terminal and enter the PIN, or request your balance. Transactions at ATMs of PJSC «BANK URALSIB» are free of charge. A fee may be charged for transactions at an ATM of another bank.).

How to activate contactless payment

After you have confirmed your phone number and set a PIN code, you can activate contactless payment in any convenient way:

  • insert the card into an ATM, enter the PIN code, request the balance;
  • when making your first purchase in a store, insert the card into the payment terminal and enter the PIN code.

How to enable the Faster Payments System (SBP) in the Uralsib mobile app

To do this, in the app open the “More” section -> “Transfers by phone number” and activate the “Send and receive transfers via the Faster Payments System (SBP)” function.

After activation, in the “Payments” section select “By phone number”, enter the recipient’s phone number and specify the bank for the transfer.

Forgot your login or password?

You can recover your Uralsib Online login and password on the website online.uralsib.ru or in the bank's app in the "Restore password" section. To do this, you will need any Bank Uralsib card.

What should I do if my card is lost?

Immediately report this to The bank by calling:

  • 8 (800) 250-57-57 (within Russia),
  • +7 (495) 723-77-21, +7 (495) 723-78-21 (Moscow),
  • +7 (347) 2-519-519 (Ufa).

Inform the operator that the card has been lost and, if possible, provide its number and expiry date.

The card will be blocked immediately after your call. Please try to contact us as soon as you discover the card is missing. In the event of delayed notification, The bank shall not be liable for card transactions carried out without your knowledge.

After the card is blocked, it can no longer be used, and you will need to contact the branch of The bank where you submitted the application form for opening the card account and issuing the card in order to have a new card issued to replace the lost one.

Where can cash be withdrawn?

The most convenient way to withdraw cash is to use a Bank Uralsib ATM. Information on ATM locations and opening hours is available on the bank's website, as well as at Bank Uralsib branches.

You can also withdraw cash from any ATM within the Russian Federation.

Please observe a few simple rules when withdrawing cash from your card:

Do not withdraw cash in deserted places or from ATMs of banks you do not know.

When entering your PIN code, make sure no one is watching you and, if necessary, cover the keypad with your free hand.

Take the cash from the ATM immediately, without waiting for the warning signal. Otherwise, the ATM will retain the “forgotten” card and cash. To recover them, you will need to contact the bank.

If you believe that fraud has been committed against you or that your PIN code has become known to someone else, be sure to contact the Bank Uralsib Contact Center and block your card.

What is an Individual Payroll Card or Individual Payroll Program

If at least 20,000 rubles are credited to a debit card monthly over a period of 3 months, the card acquires the status of an Individual Payroll Program (IPP) or Individual Payroll Card (IPC). Card servicing becomes free of charge.

Where should I go if my payroll card has expired?

If you are still employed by the organization that issued the card, the card will be reissued automatically in the month of the card’s expiration date indicated on the front side of the card. If you no longer work for the organization, you can reissue the card yourself at any bank branch in accordance with the tariffs & fees for individuals.

Please note that Bank Uralsib has extended the validity period of cards issued by the bank to individuals indefinitely. Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards with an expiration date of March 2022 or later will be extended automatically.
