5. How to restore a card in case of loss

6. How to submit biometric data at Bank Uralsib

To submit biometric data, you will need an Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS) and a Gosuslugi account. If you do not have them, a Uralsib representative will assist you with obtaining the required documents and data during the meeting. This is free of charge.
The representative will then take your photo and ask you to read aloud the numbers shown on the screen three times.

  • A passport for travel abroad is always required. Without a passport, the card is not issued.
  • If there is no Residence permit or Temporary residence permit, a migration card may be provided.
  • If the migration card has expired, the bank may accept it, but only if you have a patent or an employment contract.
