2. Within how many days can a card be received for non-residents

To receive a card for foreign nationals, you must first obtain the bank's approval. After reviewing the application, we will call you to agree on when and where it will be convenient for you to receive the card. The card can usually be received within 1–2 days. Delivery within Russia is free of charge.
