5. How to restore a card in case of loss

Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or via the mobile app. Select the required card, go to the "Management" section → "Reissue".
We reissue a foreign national's payroll card immediately; delivery will take 1–2 days.
Reissue and delivery are free of charge. At the same time, you will retain access to your account where your funds are kept.
