3. Is there a fee for card maintenance

Maintenance of the debit card for foreign citizens is free of charge, always and without any conditions.

Card top-up is free of charge at Bank Uralsib ATMs, as well as:• by transfer from another bank's card via Uralsib Online or the app,• via the Faster Payments System (SBP),• or by bank transfer using bank details.

Top-up at partner ATMs of Bank Uralsib: free of charge up to a total of ₽75,000 per month at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs, and up to ₽100,000 per month at VTB ATMs.

Cash withdrawal is free of charge at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, it is commission-free up to ₽300,000 per month.
