General rules for publishing reviews on information platforms

Why should I leave a review about the bank?

By leaving a review, you help the bank improve and help other users of banking services understand why it is worth choosing a banking product from Uralsib.

Which reviews are counted?
  • The review states the truth.
  • The review is written in the first person and describes what happened specifically to the author.
  • The situation is clearly explained, and it is described how the bank or employee resolved it.

How to leave a review?

Details

Include in your review all the details you remember: the employee's Full name, the date you contacted the bank, the questions you were asked, the time it took to resolve the issue - the more details, the better.

Accuracy

Mention in your review the products or services you used, and describe only those situations that actually happened to you. To have your review accepted, administrators  of information platforms may call or message you to confirm the situation you described. If you have photos and screenshots, attach them to the review - this will speed up the verification.

No hidden advertising

Do not mention website or product names. If the review contains hidden advertising, it will not be accepted. The same applies to obscene language and indecent images — they are also prohibited.

Review confirmation

Be prepared to answer clarifying questions from the bank employee who will contact you by phone to resolve the issue: contract number, transaction date, transaction amount, etc.

Resolution mark

Mark the issue as resolved if your question has been resolved by the bank. The portal administration may ask you to confirm that the issue has been resolved — via SMS or a phone call. Be prepared to answer clarifying questions.

How to post a review on Banki.ru?
  1. Go to the Banki.ru website via the link.
  2. Register or log in on the website using your valid personal data.
  3. Describe the situation and select a review rating of "4" or "5". The review writing criteria were described in detail earlier.
  4. Wait for your review to be checked by the Banki.ru administrators and, if necessary, provide the requested information or answer a call to have the review counted.

If the review has been accepted, the rating icon will be filled with color, and the text “Review verified” will appear above the review text.

How do I edit a review?

To edit or delete a review, you need to send an email to responses@banki.ru. You cannot do this yourself.

Why can't I submit a feedback request?

You cannot submit a request because your IP address is outside Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

You can check your IP address and its geolocation on the IPinfo website. The country field must contain RU, BY, or KZ.
