To enter a business lounge at airports and railway stations under the Mir Pass program, you must present a QR code from the Mir Pass mobile app.

When your Mir Supreme card is activated, you will receive an SMS message with a 16-digit Mir Pass ID  and an activation code (4 digits), which are required for registration.

To use the service, you need to tap the card to display the «QR code». To enter the business lounge, you must inform the employee that you have ·On·PASS and show the QR code together with the ·ON·PASS boarding pass.

At airports and railway stations, you should follow the ·ON·PASS signs. At the entrance to the business lounge, inform the staff member that you have ·ON·PASS and show the QR code.

You can use the service even without internet access — simply save the QR code to your smartphone and show it at the entrance.

The QR code cannot be transferred to another person, as the business lounge staff member will verify the Last Name and First Name on the boarding pass and the Last Name and First Name specified when activating the service (QR code).

Thus, guests without the QR code holder will not be able to enter the business lounge. For the same reason, it is necessary to notify the bank in a timely manner of any change of surname and/or first name.

Each business lounge has its own visit conditions, for example, a dress code or restrictions on the maximum length of stay in the lounge, as well as the availability of alcoholic beverages and other services. The number of visits to business lounges under the Mir Pass service for the bank's clients is unlimited. However, free use of a business lounge requires compliance with the conditions in accordance with the tariffs of the service package «Премиум».

The holder of the service package «Премиум» may bring an unlimited number of guests into the business lounge.

1 visit is deducted for each guest.

For example, if you enter the business lounge yourself and bring 2 guests with you, this will count as 3 visits.

IMPORTANT: The rules and conditions for visiting different business lounges may vary. For example, restrictions may be set on the maximum number of guests.

Check the number of completed visits in the «History» section in the «Privet!)» app or on the website https://vamprivet.ru/mirpass/ after presenting the QR code for access to the business lounge. If you find an error, immediately report it to the guest registration desk of the business lounge.  

Holders of the Premium banking service package are entitled to 2 free business lounge visits for the entire validity period of the service package, and additional free business lounge visits valid for 12 months are credited as follows:

• 2 visits for each month in which assets held with the bank amounted to RUB 2.5 million or more.
• 3 visits for each month in which assets held with the bank amounted to RUB 6 million or more. 

If assets amount to RUB 15 million or more, unlimited free business lounge visits are provided.

The number of free visits is updated by the 26th of each month, following the reporting month. Check the number of free visits only in Uralsib Online in the Premium banking section. 

If there are no free visits or if they are insufficient, The bank will charge the cost of the business lounge visit to the card account of the Premium banking service package in the amount established by the Tariffs & fees.

Clients with the Premium banking service package can receive cashback for taxi, healthcare and beauty services. 

The cashback amount depends on the asset portfolio held with the bank:

• RUB 2,000 if you hold assets from RUB 2.5 million
  
• RUB 3,000 if you hold assets from RUB 6 million
  
• RUB 5,000 if you hold assets from RUB 15 million

Within the monthly cashback limit, you can use taxi, beauty and healthcare services without any limit on the number of services. The funds will be automatically credited back to your premium Mir Supreme card. Cashback is accrued based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) of merchants. Full list of MCC codes. 

Cashback is refunded monthly on the 26th following the reporting period, subject to meeting the conditions and having an active Premium banking service package. If the 26th falls on a day off, the crediting will take place on the next business day.

For example, if you paid for a taxi ride with your Mir Supreme card on January 10, the trip amount will be credited back to your card account on February 26.

How do I open a Premium banking package?

With the Premium banking service package, complimentary visits to business lounges are available:   

• 2 welcome visits when opening the package
• up to 24 visits per year for assets from RUB 2.5 million
  
• up to 36 visits per year for assets from RUB 6 million
  
• unlimited visits for assets from RUB 15 million 
  

The number of complimentary visits is updated by the 26th day of each month following the reporting month. Check the number of complimentary visits only in Uralsib Online in the Premium banking section.

If there are no complimentary visits or not enough of them, the bank will charge the cost of a business lounge visit — RUB 2,315 within Russia and USD 37 at international airports.

For example, 4 complimentary visits are available. During the reporting month, the business lounges were visited 6 times. The bank reimburses 4 visits, and 2 visits are paid separately.

Please note that in the Mir Pass personal account, the status "unlimited" means there are no limits on the number of business lounge visits, not that visits are free of charge. Track the number of complimentary visits in Uralsib Online.

To avoid paying the service fee of 3 000 ₽ per month, it is sufficient to maintain a monthly balance* across all accounts with the bank/the bank’s partners of at least 2.5 million ₽

Example: April 10 an Individual Investment Account (IIA) was opened (hereinafter referred to as IIA) for 1 million ₽; April 20 a savings account was opened for 5 million ₽. Are the free service criteria met in April?

When ordering a Mir Supreme card within the Premium banking service package, you can choose its type: personalized or instant issuance.

A personalized card is a plastic card with your name on it; its production and delivery take up to 10 days. You can order it on the website and receive it either by delivery or at a Uralsib office.

An instant issuance card will not have your name on it; you can receive it at an office on the day of application or order it on the website with courier delivery the next day.

A premium card can be ordered with delivery to a location convenient for you or to a Uralsib branch. To do this, complete the card application and choose the appropriate receipt method.  

 If you ordered courier delivery, you may be asked to sign documents on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app or on our partner's website www.efr.ru. After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NCO JSC National Settlement Depository (NSD). This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is referred to as a "financial transaction" and is executed on the EFR website  

The Premium banking service package includes a set of privileges such as special terms for savings accounts and deposits, access to business lounges, travel insurance for trips abroad, cashback for taxi/wellness/medical services payments, and other services provided for by the tariffs.    If you chose courier delivery

   You will receive two SMS messages from the bank. The first will be about the application status within 24 hours. The second will be about the card arriving at the Uralsib branch.
2. Receive the card and sign the documents
   If you chose courier delivery
   A representative of our partner will call you. While you are waiting for the call, it is better to disable your phone assistant and check incoming calls — the number may be marked as spam. Sign the documents provided by the courier.
   At the meeting, you will need your passport and a photo of you holding it — this will confirm that you are the one receiving the card.
   
   If you chose delivery to a branch
   Visit a bank branch and receive your card. Do not forget to bring your passport.
3. Download the app or log in to your personal account
   Follow the link and follow the instructions.

4. Wait for the card to be activated
