How can documents be signed?

 If you ordered courier delivery, you may be asked to sign documents on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app or on our partner's website www.efr.ru. After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NCO JSC National Settlement Depository (NSD). This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is referred to as a "financial transaction" and is executed on the EFR website
