By mail You can also submit a written inquiry to the bank's postal address.

Contact details. Your details in the bank's records and in the request must match. You can check and change your email address and phone number in the app or the Uralsib Online web version on the “More” tab in the “My Details” section. We can provide a response if the addresses in the request and those previously provided to the bank match.
Text of the request and attached documents. After sending the request, you will not be able to change its text or send additional documents.
We will try to send a response as quickly as possible. Usually, a response is received within 15 business days, but sometimes the period may be extended by 10 business days. If this happens, we will обязательно notify you by SMS or via a notification in the app.
We will send the response by the method you selected for notifications. We will also duplicate it in an SMS or notification.
We can provide a response if the addresses in the request and those previously provided to the bank match.
