I need to send an income document to the bank, how can I do this?

Income can be confirmed by one of the documents listed below (the document must contain information on income for the last 12 months; if employment is less than 12 months, for the actual period worked):

1. Statement from the Social Fund of Russia — the document can be ordered through the Gosuslugi portal.

2. Income certificate in The bank form / income certificate in the organization's form — an alternative type of income certificate. You can download the prescribed form via the link and submit it to your accounting department for completion, or provide a certificate on the official letterhead of the organization where you work.

3. Certificate of income and tax amounts of an individual (previously — 2-Personal Income Tax (PIT) certificate) — to obtain the certificate, you need to contact your employer and request the document from the accounting department.

4. Statement for the payroll account — income is taken into account provided that the statement indicates that this is a salary payment.

5. For the “individual entrepreneur” category — statement from the individual entrepreneur's current account with payment purpose, or statement from an individual's account with crediting of income from the individual entrepreneur (the credit must be unambiguously identified as a transfer of the Client's personal funds from the individual entrepreneur example — individual entrepreneur Ivanov I.I. transferred funds to the individual (himself) Ivanov I.I.).

6. For the “pensioner” category — a certificate of the pension amount, or an account statement indicating the amount of pension payments received.

It is sufficient to upload one of the documents specified in items 1–6.

For applications from the mobile app, the income document must be:

·       attached to the application in the mobile app

·       uploaded to the bank's website via the link that will be sent in an SMS message (available for Android versions below 4.76 and for IOS of any version).

For all other applications, the document must be provided to a bank employee or uploaded through the bank's website via the link that will be sent in an SMS message.

What documents are required to apply for a loan?

For loan amounts up to 300,000 rubles inclusive for non-customers of The bank (up to 600,000 rubles for customers of The bank, according to the tariffs):

  • Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
  • A second document of your choice

driver's license, valid international passport, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS), document confirming income

For loan amounts above 300,001 rubles inclusive for non-customers of The bank (above 600,001 rubles for customers of The bank, according to the tariffs):

  • Citizenship of the Russian Federation
  • Documents confirming income for the last six months, of your choice 

income certificate in 2-Personal Income Tax (PIT) form, income certificate in the bank's form (including that of a third-party bank), income certificate in the employer's form, Pension Fund statement, salary account statement from a third-party bank

  • For pensioners

a document confirming pension income, of your choice: a certificate from the Pension Fund or another government authority paying the pension; a statement from the bank personal account on the pension; Pension Fund statement

Customers receiving salary payments to a card of PJSC "Bank Uralsib":

  • Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation

Who can become a Borrower of the bank?

Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 23 to 70 years (maximum age at the time the loan ends), permanently registered in the territory of the Russian Federation and employed for at least 3 months at their most recent place of work.

I have taken out a loan. What next?
  1. Wait for a call
    Within 24 hours, a bank employee or a representative of our partner will call you. During the conversation, the operator will confirm your details and agree on the meeting place and time. You will also receive an SMS with the delivery details.

    If you chose delivery to a branch
    Wait for an SMS confirming approval. After that, you can come to the branch to receive the loan. After receiving the SMS, wait for a call from the bank — you will be told exactly which documents you need to bring with you.
    While you are waiting for the call, it is better to disable the phone assistant and check incoming calls — the number may be marked as spam.
  2. Receive the loan and sign the documents
    We will deliver the card with the funds to a place and time convenient for you. Sign the documents. You may be asked to sign them on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app, on our partner's website efr.ru.*
    At the meeting, you will need your passport and a photo of yourself holding it — this will confirm that you are the one receiving the card.
  3. Download the app or log in to your personal account
    Follow the link and follow the instructions.

    Important:
    — Install the app only from official sources.
    — For quick access, save the password in your browser or password manager.
  4. Wait for the card to be activated
    First, you need to wait for an SMS confirming card activation within a few hours. Then set your PIN code.

    * After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NCO JSC National Settlement Depository (NSD). This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is referred to as a “financial transaction” and is executed on the website of EFR.
