A card can be issued for foreign citizens without permanent registration in Russia. You only need documents confirming your legal stay in the country: a migration card, a Residence permit, or a work patent.

To receive a card for foreign nationals, you first need to obtain approval from the bank. After reviewing your application, we will call you to agree on when and where it will be convenient for you to receive the card. Usually, the card can be received within 1–2 days.

Delivery across Russia is free.

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs, by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app, via the Faster Payments System (SBP), or by bank transfer using bank details. Card top-up at Bank Uralsib partner locations is free up to a total of RUB 75,000 per month at Alfa-Bank, VTB, and Raiffeisenbank ATMs, and up to RUB 100,000 per month at VTB ATMs

Cash withdrawals are free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, no fee is charged up to RUB 300,000 per month.

After receiving the Pribyl Card for foreigners, you will be able to transfer money abroad.

Transfers abroad by phone number are available free of charge.

Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or in the mobile app. Select the required card, go to the “Management” tab → “Reissue”. We will instantly reissue a payroll card for foreigners; delivery will take 1–2 days.

Card reissue and delivery are free of charge. At the same time, you will retain access to the account where your money is held.

To collect your biometrics, you will need your Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS) and a Gosuslugi account. If you do not have them, a Uralsib representative will help you obtain the necessary documents and access during the meeting. This is free of charge.

Open the Uralsib Online app → at the bottom of the main screen, select the “Payments” tab → “Gosuslugi” → “Patents for foreign citizens” → enter the details.

You can pay for a patent at the bank’s branches, via an ATM, or in your Uralsib Online personal account. 

Or open the app or Uralsib Online → tap the QR code icon → scan the code from the receipt → pay for the patent.

To send a transfer, open Uralsib Online → at the bottom of the main screen, select the “Payments” tab → “Abroad” → select the page → enter the details in the fields.

Yes, you can receive your salary on a Uralsib card.

To change the language in the mobile app or the Uralsib Online web version, select the “More” tab → scroll to the bottom of the page and find “Bank language” → “Change” → select the language that is convenient for you.

The Android app, the Uralsib Online web version, and support chat are available in Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. If you have an iPhone, we recommend using the bank’s web version.

If it turns out after the meeting with the courier that an additional document is required, you can send it directly to the support chat in Uralsib Online after registration. This is quick and convenient; there is no need to visit a branch.

It is important to send the document on time: if the bank does not receive it, the card may be blocked.

To open a card, the bank is required to verify a person's identity and lawful stay in Russia. Therefore, the set of documents depends on citizenship.Below is a list of countries and what must be provided, as well as what may be submitted additionally for the bank to approve card issuance.

What this means in simple terms:

• Your country's passport is always required. Without it, a card will not be issued.
• If you do not have a Residence permit or Temporary residence permit, you may come with a migration card.
• Even if the migration card has expired, the bank will accept you, but only if you have a patent or an employment contract.

1. Go to the "Payments" → "Transfer" → "Abroad" tab.
2. Select the country to which you need to make the transfer.
   
3. Select the appropriate transfer option.
4. For transfers by phone number, you need to select a bank.
5. Fill in the fields.
