Maintenance of a debit card for foreign citizens is free forever and without conditions

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs, by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app, via the Faster Payments System (SBP), or by bank transfer using bank details. Card top-up at Bank Uralsib partner locations is free up to a total of RUB 75,000 per month at Alfa-Bank, VTB, and Raiffeisenbank ATMs, and up to RUB 100,000 per month at VTB ATMs

Cash withdrawals are free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, no fee is charged up to RUB 300,000 per month.
