Foreign citizens can apply for a card in Russia even without permanent registration. You only need documents confirming your lawful stay in the country: a migration card, Residence permit, or a work patent.

To receive a card, foreign citizens must first obtain the bank's approval. After the application is reviewed, we will call you and agree on the time and place that is convenient for you to receive the card. Usually, the card can be received within 1–2 days. Delivery across Russia is free of charge.

Debit card maintenance for foreign citizens is free forever and without any conditions.

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs; free by transfer from another bank’s card via Uralsib Online or the app; free via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or by bank transfer using bank details. Top-up at Bank Uralsib’s partners is free at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs up to a total of ₽75,000 per month, and at VTB ATMs up to ₽100,000 per month.

Cash withdrawal is free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, it is commission-free up to ₽300,000 per month.

After receiving the Pribyl Card for foreign nationals, you can transfer money abroad.
Transfers abroad by phone number are available with no fee.

Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or the mobile app. Select the required card and go to the “Manage” → “Reissue” section. For foreign nationals, payroll cards are reissued immediately; delivery takes 1–2 days. Card reissue and delivery are free of charge. At the same time, you will retain access to the account where the funds are held.

To collect biometrics, you will need SNILS and a Gosuslugi account. If you do not have them, a Uralsib representative will help you obtain the required documents and access during the meeting. This is free of charge.
After that, the representative will take your photo and ask you to read the numbers on the screen three times. You can find more detailed information about submitting biometrics via the link.

Open the Uralsib Online app → select the “Payments” section at the bottom of the main screen → “Gosuslugi” → “Patents for foreign citizens” → enter the details.
You can pay for a patent at the bank’s branches, via an ATM, or in your Uralsib Online personal account.
Or open the app or Uralsib Online → tap the QR code icon → scan the code on the receipt → pay for the patent.

To send a transfer, open Uralsib Online → select the “Payments” section at the bottom of the main screen → “Abroad” → select the country → enter the information in the fields.

You can transfer money from Uralsib's card for foreign nationals to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Transnistria, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and South Ossetia.

To change the language in the mobile app or the Uralsib Online web version, select the "More" (Ещё) section → scroll to the bottom of the page and find the "Bank language" item → "Change" → select the language that is convenient for you.

The Android app, the Uralsib Online web version, and the support chat are available in Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. If you have an iPhone, we recommend using the bank’s web version.

If it turns out after meeting with the courier that an additional document is required, you can send it directly to the support chat in Uralsib Online after registration. This is quick and convenient, and there is no need to visit a branch.

It is important to send the document in a timely manner: if The bank does not receive it, your card may be blocked.

To open a card, The bank must verify a person's identity and the right to reside in Russia on a lawful basis. Therefore, the list of documents depends on the country of which the citizen is a national.
