What to do if your card is lost and how to reissue it?

Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or the mobile app. Select the required card and go to the “Manage” → “Reissue” section. For foreign nationals, payroll cards are reissued immediately; delivery takes 1–2 days. Card reissue and delivery are free of charge. At the same time, you will retain access to the account where the funds are held.
