Debit card maintenance for foreign citizens is free forever and without any conditions.

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs; free by transfer from another bank’s card via Uralsib Online or the app; free via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or by bank transfer using bank details. Top-up at Bank Uralsib’s partners is free at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs up to a total of ₽75,000 per month, and at VTB ATMs up to ₽100,000 per month.

Cash withdrawal is free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, it is commission-free up to ₽300,000 per month.
