Why was the "Premium Light" service package renamed "Premium Start"?

To comply with legal requirements on the use of the Russian language, effective June 1, 2026, the name of the "Premium Light" service package was changed to "Premium Start". The service terms of the package have not changed.

DISCONNECTION OF THE SERVICE PACKAGE FOR FAILURE TO MEET THE CONDITIONS

Why can the Service Package be disconnected?

In accordance with the tariffs of the "Premium Light" Service Package (from 06/01/2026 referred to as "Premium Start"), if over the course of 2 consecutive months the amount of assets in the bank is less than RUB 1.5 million, The bank may disconnect the service package and transfer the cards issued as part of the package to the servicing terms of the "Basic" tariff plan

What will happen to the accounts and cards if the Service Package is disconnected?

Accounts and cards opened as part of the "Premium Light" Service Package will remain valid after the service package is disconnected and will continue to be serviced under the "Basic" tariff plan. No fee is charged for servicing accounts and cards under the “Basic” tariff plan. The “Basic” tariff does not preserve the privileges of the "Premium Light" Service Package. The “Notification Service” will become paid. You may switch to the “Notification Service Start” without a fee being charged or disable all services in Uralsib Online.

HOW TO KEEP THE SERVICE PACKAGE AND PRIVILEGES?

To use the "Premium Light" Service Package (from 01.06.2026 referred to as "Premium Start") and privileges, maintain monthly assets with the bank of at least RUB 1,500,000.

Assets consist of the average monthly balance amount in accounts with the bank and the balance amount as of the last day of the reporting month for investment products: unit investment funds; individual trust management; investment life insurance; endowment life insurance; long-term savings program; assets, including securities (except for defaulted issuers), in brokerage and Individual Investment Account (IIA) accounts, as well as funds in Russian rubles or the currency equivalent at the Central Bank exchange rate (except for funds serving as collateral in the derivatives market)) of the bank's Partners with whom The bank has entered into the relevant agency agreements.

Business lounges

Business Lounge Access Program

For holders of the "Premium Start" service package (until 06/01/2026 referred to as "Premium Light"), the Mir Pass service for visiting business lounges is available if they have an active Mir Supreme card.

Mir Pass is a business lounge access service connected to the program of the international operator ·ON·PASS, located in airports and railway stations, provided by the MIR Payment System.

Business lounges of the international operator ·ON·PASS are connected to the Mir Pass service. The full list of business lounges is available on the website

Register in your personal account on the privetmir.ru website or in the "Privet!)" application and enter the 16-digit ID number and activation code received from The bank via SMS.

To enter a business lounge at airports and railway stations under the Mir Pass program, you must present a QR code from the Mir Pass mobile application.

You can check the number of available free entries in the personal account of the Uralsib mobile banking application.

Registration in the Mir Pass service

The business lounge access service is included in the "Premium Start" service package (until 01.06.2026 it was called "Premium Light").

When your Mir Supreme card is activated, you will receive an SMS message with a 16-digit Mir Pass ID  and an activation code (4 digits), which are required for registration.

Registration and activation of the Mir Pass service can be completed on the page https://mirpass.privetmir.ru/ or in the mobile app "Privet!)".

For convenience, we recommend downloading the "Privet!)" app.

Registration of Mir Pass ID in the mobile app "Privet!)"

Step 1.    In the "Privet!)" app, go to the "Mir Pass" section

Step 2.     Click "Add a new Mir Pass ID"

Step 3.     Enter your details: a 16-digit Mir Pass ID and the activation code (4 digits) received from The bank, as well as your First Name and Last Name in Latin letters.

Attention! The last name and first name specified in the app will be checked against the information on the boarding pass. If you do not have an international passport, we recommend specifying your last name and first name as shown on your bank card.

Step 1.      Go to your personal account using the link

Obtaining a QR code for access to the business lounge

A QR code for visiting the business lounge is available after registration in the Mir Pass service. The QR code can be found in your personal account on the website https://mirpass.privetmir.ru/ or in the «Привет!)» app in the «Mir Pass» section.

To use the service, you need to tap the card to display the «QR code». To enter the business lounge, you need to inform the staff member that you have ·On·PASS and show the QR code together with the ·ON·PASS boarding pass.

Business lounge visit

At airports and railway stations, you should follow the ·ON·PASS signs. At the entrance to the business lounge, inform the staff member that you have ·ON·PASS and show the QR code.

You can use the service even without internet access — simply save the QR code to your smartphone and show it at the entrance.

The Mir Pass service provides the opportunity to visit business lounges included in the program of the international business lounge operator ·ON·PASS . The list of lounges is available via the link.

The QR code must not be transferred to another person, as the business lounge staff member will verify the surname and first name on the boarding pass and the surname and first name specified when activating the service (QR code).

Thus, guests without the QR code holder will not be able to enter the business lounge. For the same reason, you must notify the bank of any change of surname and/or first name in a timely manner.

Each business lounge has its own access conditions, for example, a dress code or restrictions on the maximum length of stay in the lounge, as well as the availability of alcoholic beverages and other services. You should review the business lounge access conditions before using the service.

Number of visits and accompanying guests

Access to the Mir Pass service is granted only to the service package holder with an active Mir Supreme card issued in the name of the service package holder.

The number of business lounge visits under the Mir Pass service for the bank's clients is unlimited. However, free use of the business lounge requires compliance with the terms and conditions in accordance with the tariffs of the "Premium Start" Service Package (until 01.06.2026, it was referred to as "Premium Light").

The holder of the "Premium Start" service package may bring an unlimited number of guests to the business lounge.

1 visit is deducted for each guest.

For example, if you entered the business lounge yourself and brought 2 guests with you, this will count as 3 visits.

IMPORTANT: The rules and conditions for visiting different business lounges may vary. For example, limits may be set on the maximum number of guests.

Check the number of completed visits in the "History" section in the "Privet!)" app or on the website https://vamprivet.ru/mirpass/ after presenting the QR code for access to the business lounge. If you detect an error, immediately report it to the business lounge guest reception desk.

Free business lounge visits

Holders of the "Premium Start" Service Package (until 06/01/2026 referred to as "Premium Light") are entitled to up to 12 free business lounge visits per year:

  • we credit 1 free business lounge visit for each month in which assets held with the bank amounted to RUB 1.5 million or more.

The bank credits additional free visits for meeting the conditions by the 26th day of the month following the month in which the conditions of the "Premium Start" Service Package were met. 

The number of available free business lounge visits can always be viewed in the Uralsib Online app.

If there are no free visits available or if they are insufficient, The bank will charge the cost of the business lounge visit to the card account of the "Premium Start" Service Package in the amount set by the tariffs.

Please note that in the Mir Pass personal account, the "unlimited" status means there is no limit on the number of business lounge visits, and does not mean that visits are free of charge. Track the free number of visits in Uralsib Online.

Card activation

Step 1. Install Uralsib Online.

Download the app https://www.uralsib.ru/online . The web version is available for iPhone users.

Step 2. Confirm your phone number.

Register in the app using your card and phone number. Enter the code from the SMS - after that, the number will be confirmed automatically.

Step 3. Set your PIN code

Tap the card on the home screen in the app. Select "About the card", then "Change PIN code".

Step 4. Activate contactless payment.

Insert the card into the payment terminal and enter the PIN code when making your first purchase, or request the balance at an ATM - after that, you can pay contactlessly.

Which card will I receive — a personalized or non-personalized one?

When ordering a Mir Supreme card within the Premium banking service package, you can choose its type: personalized or instant.

A personalized card is a plastic card with your name on it; it takes up to 10 days to produce and deliver. You can order it on the website and receive it either by delivery or at a Uralsib office.

An instant card will not have your name on it; you can receive it at an office on the day of application or order it on the website with courier delivery the next day.

How can documents be signed?

If you ordered courier delivery, you may be asked to sign documents on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app or on our partner's website www.efr.ru.After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NCO JSC NSD. This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is referred to as a "financial transaction" and is executed on the EFR website

How will I receive the card — by delivery or at the office?

A premium card can be ordered with delivery to a convenient location for you or to a Uralsib office. To do this, complete the card application and choose the appropriate receipt method.

I ordered a card. What next?
  1. Wait for an SMS
    If you chose courier delivery
    You will receive two SMS messages. The first one will be from the bank about the status of your application within 24 hours; we will also send the information to your email. The second one will be from the courier service.

    If you chose delivery to a branch
    You will receive two SMS messages from the bank. The first one will be about the status of your application within 24 hours. The second one will be about the card arriving at a Uralsib branch.
  2. Receive the card and sign the documents
    If you chose courier delivery
    A representative of our partner will call you. While you are waiting for the call, it is better to disable your phone assistant and check incoming calls — the number may be marked as spam. Sign the documents provided by the courier.
    At the meeting, you will need your passport and a photo of yourself holding it — this will confirm that you are the person receiving the card.

    If you chose delivery to a branch
    Visit a bank branch and receive the card. Do not forget to bring your passport.
  3. Download the app or log in to your personal account
    Follow the link and follow the instructions.

    Important:
    — Install the app only from official sources.
    — For faster sign-in, save your password in your browser or password manager.
  4. Wait for the card to be activated
    Wait for an SMS confirming card activation within a few hours. Then set your PIN code and use the card.
