of transactions per month within the specified amount is unlimited.
At the same time, the maximum transfer amount via the

rubles; the amount of other transfers within the specified sum is not limited.
Which transfers to your own account at another bank are subject to a fee?
A fee continues to be charged for making the above transfers at The bank's service offices and for money transfer transactions using payment (bank) cards under the rules of the relevant payment systems (card to card).
How does The bank determine that this is a transfer to your own account at another bank without The bank’s fee?
To
identify a transfer as a transfer “to yourself” and cancel the transfer fee, Uralsib verifies the matching of:
The sender’s last name, first name, patronymic, phone
number and the recipient’s last name, first name, patronymic, phone number —
when making transfers by phone number, including transfers via the Bank of Russia Faster Payments System (SBP).
Uralsib does not charge a fee for a transfer to yourself to
another bank by phone number if the recipient’s Full name matches the sender’s
Full name and the recipient’s phone number matches the sender’s phone number
(specified in the sender’s personal account in Uralsib Online). Changing the
sender’s phone number is available in the Uralsib Online personal account (More/My
data/Phone number).
The sender’s last
name, first name, patronymic and the recipient’s last name, first name, patronymic — when making transfers using bank details.
At the same time,
when arranging a bank transfer using the recipient’s bank details, it is important to follow
the sequence of the recipient’s last name, first name, and patronymic. If the
sequence does not match (for example, if the recipient’s full name is entered as
Regina Petrovna Sidorova instead of Sidorova Regina Petrovna), the transfer fee
will be charged.
Why doesn't my transfer to my own account in another bank go through as a 'To Myself' transfer?
1. The transfer is made to top up an electronic wallet without
opening a bank account (for example, with Ozon Bank, Wildberries Bank, or Yandex
Bank).
Since
May 1, 2024, the provision of Part 5 of Article 29 of Law No. 395-1 "On
Banks and Banking Activities" applies only to online
transfers made between your own bank accounts in different
banks within 30 million rubles per month and does
not apply to transfers to electronic wallets without opening a bank
account.
Detailed
information about opening a bank account, for example, with Ozon Bank, Wildberries
Bank, or Yandex Bank, will be provided by the recipient bank.
2.
The phone number and/or Full name in the sending bank does not match the phone number
and/or Full name in the recipient bank.
3. Outdated app version. In versions of Uralsib Online below
4.52, a fee may be displayed when making 'to myself' transfers, but
in fact The bank does not charge a fee.
We recommend updating the bank app to
the latest version or using the web version of Uralsib Online.
