After the courier reports successful delivery and the bank fully verifies the submitted documents, you will receive an SMS confirming that the card is ready for activation. You can set the PIN code in your Uralsib Online personal account or through the Contact Centre at 8-800-250-57-57.
The courier will not be able to use the card, including because no spending limit has been set on it. It is applied only after the PIN code is set.
