Credit card with delivery

You can submit an application and receive the card in several ways. The most convenient way is to do it online. To do this, fill out an application on the bank's website.

You can also apply for a card in the mobile app or the Uralsib Online web version. A courier will deliver the card as early as the next day.

The card is delivered in a sealed opaque envelope, and the courier does not have access to its details. At this point, the card is inactive. 

After the courier reports successful delivery and the bank fully verifies the submitted documents, you will receive an SMS confirming that the card is ready for activation. You can set the PIN code in your Uralsib Online personal account or through the Contact Centre at 8-800-250-57-57.

The courier will not be able to use the card, including because no spending limit has been set on it. It is applied only after the PIN code is set.

Never disclose your PIN to anyone. Otherwise, unauthorized persons may gain access to the funds on your card, which may result in their loss.

Follow a few simple rules to keep your money safe:

1. Do not disclose your PIN, the three-digit security code (CVV code), or codes from SMS messages to third parties;
   
2. Pay for purchases online only on trusted websites and always check the page address;
3. Keep your PIN separate from your card;
4. Make sure no one can see your PIN when you enter it;
5. If you lose your card, call the bank immediately at 8-800-250-57-57  and block it;
6. Activate the "Notification Service" to monitor all card transactions;
7. Take out the "Card Protection" policy for additional protection.

Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your card details secure. Following these rules will help keep your funds safe.

The courier can deliver the card to any address convenient for you, including your home address. Before that, they will contact you to confirm the details and arrange a convenient time and place for receiving the card.

Any citizen of the Russian Federation with a certain income can apply for it. Here are a few more requirements:

• Age: from 18 to 75 years old;
• Employment history: at least 3 months at the current place of work;
  
• Registration: permanent registration in Russia.
  

Only a Russian passport is required to submit an application.
