Card application, issuance and activation

To submit an application, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is sufficient.

The card can be ordered with free courier delivery to a place convenient for you. To do this, fill out the card application and select the delivery address. 

If you want to receive the card at the office, you can come to the Uralsib office and fill out the application on site. Find the nearest office

You will receive an unnamed instant card with delivery to a location convenient for you. It will be the same card as a named card, only without your name on it.

A named card can be issued at a Uralsib branch. Find the nearest branch

Wait for an SMS from The bank informing you that you need to set a PIN code for your card.

You can set a PIN code in two ways:

• After registering at online.uralsib.ru or in The bank's mobile app, tap your card on the home screen, then select the “About the card” menu item, and then tap “Change PIN code”. 
• Alternatively, call The bank's toll-free hotline from your mobile phone at 8 800 250 57 57 and follow the voice menu prompts.
