How can you check your credit history?

Credit history is the most important factor in making a decision on granting a loan.

Credit history is a record in which all operations related to the borrower's loans are entered: which banks issued loans or credit cards, what the amount of debt is, and whether the client pays their obligations on time. The history is stored in special organizations — credit history bureaus (CHBs).

Through the Gosuslugi portal, you can view the list of organizations that store the history of your loans, and this list can be viewed online and free of charge. You can also use this report to check whether any loans have been issued in your name.

In order to find out your credit history, you need to:

1. Confirm your Gosuslugi portal account
2. Submit an application to receive the electronic service
3. Wait for the list of organizations to appear in your personal account. There will be a table with addresses, names, and phone numbers of the bureaus.
