Can the courier use the funds on my credit card that they delivered?

No, the card is inactive and no credit limit has been assigned to it. The card is activated within 24 hours as soon as the courier submits your card details to the bank and they are reflected in the system. 

After that, you will receive an SMS message informing you that you can set a PIN code for the card by calling the Contact Centre at 8-800-250 -57-57. 

After the PIN code is set, the credit limit will be assigned. 

The card itself is delivered in a sealed opaque envelope, and its details are not accessible to the courier.
