Where and how can I apply for a Uralsib credit card?

You can complete and submit an application for issuance of a credit card online or at any branch of Bank Uralsib. Detailed information on the application procedure and the list of documents is available on the credit card application page.

I ordered a card. What next?
  1. Wait for a call
    Our representative will contact you shortly to agree on the delivery date and time. Please stay available. You will also receive an SMS with a link to the courier service personal account, where you can independently manage the delivery date, time, and address.
  2. Receive the card and sign the documents
    We will deliver the card at a convenient place and time for you. Sign the documents. You may be asked to sign them on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app or on the website of our partner efr.ru. *
    At the meeting, you will need your passport and a photo of yourself holding it — this will confirm that you are the one receiving the card. The envelope with the card has a QR code which you can use to get detailed information on card use and app installation on the Bank website.
  3. Download the app or sign in to your personal account
    Manage your finances quickly and easily. To do this, connect Uralsib Online via the link and follow the instructions. Or use the QR code indicated on the card envelope.

    Important:
    — Install the app only from official sources.
    — For quick sign-in, save the password in your browser or password manager.
  4. Wait for the card to be activated
    First, you need to wait for an SMS confirming card activation within a few hours. Then set the PIN code and use the card.

    * After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NKO AO National Settlement Depository (NSD). This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is called a “financial transaction” and is executed on the EFR website.

How will I receive the card — by delivery or at the branch?

The card can be ordered with free courier delivery to a location convenient for you. To do this, fill out the card application and select the delivery address. 

If you want to receive the card at a branch, you can come to a Uralsib branch and fill out the application on site. Find the nearest branch

Which card will I receive — named or unnamed?

You will receive an unnamed instant card with delivery to a place convenient for you. It will be the same card as a named one, only without your name on it.

What is a digital card and how can I get one?

A digital card is the same bank card, but without plastic. It can be used to pay for purchases in online stores and via the Faster Payments System (SBP) in regular stores, transfer money, and set up auto payments.

An existing customer can order a card in Uralsib Online. To become a customer, fill out an application for a debit card.

How do I set a PIN code for a credit card?

Wait for an SMS from The bank about the need to set a PIN code for your card.

You can set the PIN code in two ways:

  •  After registering at online.uralsib.ru or in The bank's mobile app, tap your card on the home screen, then select the “About the card” menu item, then tap “Change PIN code”. 
  • Or call The bank's toll-free hotline from your mobile phone at 8 800 250 57 57 and follow the voice menu prompts.

How can I get a card?

You can apply for and receive a card: 

  • On the bank’s website, in the personal account of the mobile app or the web version of Uralsib Online. A courier will deliver your card as early as the next day.
  • At the nearest bank branch you can receive a card on the day of application.

How will I find out about the bank's decision on my credit card application?

You will receive an SMS notification about the decision on your application, and an email will be sent to your email address. Also, in certain cases, a Bank Uralsib employee may call you.
