Will I receive notifications if I don't have internet access?

This depends on which service is connected:

"Notification Service" — if we cannot deliver a Push notification (pop-up notification), we will send an SMS.

"Notification Service Light" — if we cannot deliver a Push notification (pop-up notification), the notification will be saved in Uralsib Online.
