Notification services

To connect the "Notifications Service Start" in Uralsib Online, you need to select the required card -> Management -> Services

You can also connect the "Notifications Service Start" at the Bank's branches.

This depends on which service is connected:

"Notification Service" — if we cannot deliver a Push notification (pop-up notification), we will send an SMS.

"Notification Service Light" — if we cannot deliver a Push notification (pop-up notification), the notification will be saved in Uralsib Online.

You can disable the service in Uralsib Online.

You can also do this at any The bank branch.

This is an information service under which notifications from the bank will be sent only as Push notifications (pop-up notifications).

At present, the service is available in the Android app and in the Uralsib Online web version. The service is temporarily unavailable for iOS.

The "Notification Service" costs ₽129 per month. No fee is charged for the first month.

Push (pop-up notifications) are notifications displayed on a smartphone screen; to receive them, you must have an active Uralsib Online account and the bank's mobile app.

Received Push notifications (pop-up notifications) are displayed and saved in Uralsib Online; to view them, tap the "bell" on the home screen.
