Is there a fee for card servicing?

For foreign citizens, servicing of the debit card is free forever, with no conditions.

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs; free by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app; free via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or by bank transfer using bank details. Top-up at Bank Uralsib partners is free at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs up to a total of ₽75,000 per month, and at VTB ATMs up to ₽100,000 per month.

Cash withdrawal is free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, no fee applies up to ₽300,000 per month.
