Foreign citizens can issue a card in Russia without permanent registration. You only need documents confirming your lawful stay in the country: a migration card, Residence permit or a work patent.

To obtain a card, foreign nationals must first receive approval from the bank. After the application is reviewed, we will call you and agree on when and where it is convenient for you to receive the card. Usually, the card can be received within 1–2 days. Delivery across Russia is free.

For foreign citizens, servicing of the debit card is free forever, with no conditions.

Card top-up is free at Bank Uralsib ATMs; free by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app; free via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or by bank transfer using bank details. Top-up at Bank Uralsib partners is free at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs up to a total of ₽75,000 per month, and at VTB ATMs up to ₽100,000 per month.

Cash withdrawal is free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, no fee applies up to ₽300,000 per month.

After receiving the «Pribyl» card for foreign nationals, you can transfer money abroad. Transfers abroad by phone number are available without commission.

Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or to the mobile app. Select the required card, then go to the “Management” → “Reissue” section. For foreign nationals, we reissue payroll cards immediately; delivery takes 1–2 days. Card reissue and delivery are free of charge. At the same time, you retain access to the account where your funds are held.

To collect biometric data, you will need an Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS) and an account on Gosuslugi. If you do not have them, a Uralsib representative will help you obtain the necessary documents and access options during the meeting. This is free of charge.
Then the representative will take your photo and ask you to read the numbers on the screen three times. You can learn more about submitting biometrics via the link.

Open the Uralsib Online app → on the lower part of the main screen, select the «Payments» section → «Gosuslugi» → «Patents for foreign citizens» → enter the details.
You can pay for the patent at bank branches, via an ATM, or through your Uralsib Online personal account.
Or open the app or Uralsib Online → tap the QR code icon → scan the code on the receipt → pay for the patent.

To send a transfer, open Uralsib Online → on the main screen at the bottom, select the “Payments” section → “Abroad” → select the page → enter the information in the fields.

You can transfer money from Uralsib’s card for foreign nationals to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Transnistria, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and South Ossetia.

Yes, you can have your salary paid to a Uralsib card.

To change the language in the mobile app or the Uralsib Online web version, select the "More" section → scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the "Bank language" item → "Change" → select the language convenient for you.

The Android app, the Uralsib Online web version, and the support chat are available in Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. If you have an iPhone, we recommend using the bank's web version.

If it turns out after meeting with the courier that an additional document is required, you can send it directly to the support chat in Uralsib Online after registration. This is fast and convenient; there is no need to visit an office.

It is important to send the document on time: if the bank does not receive it, your card may be blocked.

To open a card, the bank must verify a person's identity and the legal right to stay in Russia. Therefore, the documents required depend on citizenship.
Below is a list of countries and which document must обязательно be brought, as well as which additional document may be provided for the bank to issue a card.

• A passport is always mandatory. A card cannot be issued without a passport.
• If there is no Residence permit or Temporary residence permit, you may come with a migration card.
• Even if the migration card has expired, you will still be accepted, but only if you have a patent or an employment contract.

2. Select the country to which the transfer will be made.
3. Select the appropriate transfer type.
4. For a transfer by phone number, you need to select the bank.
