A card can be issued to foreign citizens without permanent registration in Russia. Only documents confirming your lawful stay in the country are required: a migration card, residence permit, or work permit.
To receive a card for foreign nationals, you must first obtain approval from the bank. After reviewing the application, we will call you to agree on when and where it is convenient for you to receive the card. Usually, the card can be received within 1–2 days.
Delivery throughout Russia is free of charge.
Servicing of a debit card for foreign citizens is always free of charge and without any conditions.
Card top-up is free of charge at Bank Uralsib ATMs, by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app, by transfer via the Faster Payments System (SBP), or by bank transfer using bank details. Top-up at Bank Uralsib partner locations is free of charge up to ₽75,000 per month (in total) at Alfa-Bank, VTB and Raiffeisenbank ATMs, and up to ₽100,000 per month at VTB ATMs.
Cash withdrawal is free of charge at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs, it is free of commission up to ₽300,000 per month.
After receiving the «Pribyl» card for foreign nationals, you can transfer money abroad.
Transfers abroad by phone number are available without a fee.
Log in to your personal account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or to the mobile app. Select the required card, go to the “Management” tab → “Reissue”. We will immediately reissue the payroll card for foreigners; delivery will take 1–2 days.
Reissue and delivery of the card are free of charge. At the same time, you retain access to the account where the money is kept.

To collect biometric data, you will need SNILS and a Gosuslugi account. If you do not have them, a Uralsib representative will help you obtain the required documents and access during the meeting. This is free of charge.
Next, the representative will take your photo and ask you to read aloud the numbers displayed on the screen three times. You can find more information about submitting biometric data via this link.
Open the Uralsib Online app → at the bottom of the main screen, select the "Payments" tab → "Gosuslugi" → "Patents for foreign citizens" → enter the details.
Patent payment is also available at bank branches, via an ATM, and in your Uralsib Online personal account.
Or open the app or Uralsib Online → tap the QR code icon → scan the code from the receipt → pay for the patent.
To send a transfer, open Uralsib Online → at the bottom of the main screen, select the "Payments" tab → "Abroad" → select the page → enter the information into the fields.
You can transfer money from “Uralsib for foreigners” to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Transnistria, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and South Ossetia.
Yes, you can receive your salary to a Uralsib card.
To change the language in the mobile app or the Uralsib Online web version, select the “More” (Ещё) tab → scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the “Bank language” section → “Change” → select the language that suits you.
The Android app, the Uralsib Online web version, and the support chat are available in Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. If you have an iPhone, we recommend using the bank's web version.
If, after meeting with the courier, it turns out that an additional document is required, you can send it directly in the support chat in Uralsib Online after registration. This is fast and convenient; there is no need to visit a branch.
It is important to send the document on time: if the bank does not receive it, the card may be blocked.
