Applicants shall present the documents established by the compensation payment procedure:
- for a legal entity, an identity document of the person(s) authorized to act on behalf of this legal entity without a power of attorney, solely or jointly;
- when submitting a claim for compensation payment, the representative of the depositor (heir, legal successor of the legal entity) shall provide an application, an identity document, as well as a notarized power of attorney (except for the person(s) authorized to act on behalf of the depositor, their heir, or the legal successor of the legal entity without a power of attorney);
- when submitting a claim for compensation payment, the legal successor of the legal entity shall also provide documents confirming the transfer of the right of claim under the deposit to the legal successor.
If the applicant's authority is confirmed by the relevant power of attorney, it must be notarized.
