What documents must an individual present?

• Identity document.
• If the depositor's interests are represented by an authorized person, the representative must have a notarized power of attorney confirming their right to act on behalf of the depositor for filing an application for deposit insurance compensation. When applying for compensation payment as an heir of an individual depositor, the heir must provide an identity document, as well as documents confirming their inheritance rights. A sample power of attorney is posted on the agency's website in the section “On Deposit Insurance / Document Templates / Document Forms / Powers of Attorney / Sample text of a power of attorney for representation regarding receipt of insurance compensation”.    
  

To receive insurance compensation, please contact one of Uralsib's authorized offices and provide the required set of documents. The application for deposit insurance compensation payment (including bank details for the payment in the form established by the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA)) is completed by bank employees.
