Why can't I make a transfer?

The most common reasons for a transfer decline:

  • the sender's card does not support 3D Secure technology;
  • cards of the sender for which transfers are prohibited have been used;
  • the sender's card details (card number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) or the recipient's card number were entered incorrectly;
  • there are insufficient funds on the sender's card to make the transfer;
  • the bank that issued the recipient's card declined the transfer;
  • the limits on the sender's and recipient's cards have been exceeded;
  • the sender's and recipient's cards were issued in a country to which transfers are not permitted;
  • the transfer is being made from a card of, or to a card of, a foreign bank.
