Which loans cannot be refinanced?

The following types of loans cannot be refinanced:

• Co-borrower loans
• Loans previously issued by Bank Uralsib
• Loans denominated in foreign currency
• Loans or credit lines issued for business development
• Microloans – loans obtained from microfinance and other organizations that are not banks
• Loans with overdue debt
