What documents are required to apply for refinancing?

For a loan amount up to RUB 300,000 inclusive for non-clients of The bank (up to RUB 600,000 for clients of The bank, according to the tariffs):

• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation

• A second document of your choice

driver's license, valid international passport, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS), document confirming income

For a loan amount exceeding RUB 300,001 inclusive for non-clients of The bank (exceeding RUB 600,001 for clients of The bank, according to the tariffs):

• Citizenship of the Russian Federation

• Documents confirming income for the last six months, of your choice 

income certificate in Form 2-Personal Income Tax (PIT), income certificate in the bank's form (including that of a third-party bank), income certificate in the employer's form, Pension Fund statement, statement from a payroll account with a third-party bank

• For pensioners

a document confirming pension income, of your choice: a certificate from the Pension Fund or another state authority paying the pension; a statement from the bank account on pension payments; Pension Fund statement

Clients receiving salary to a card of PJSC "Bank Uralsib":

• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
