How can I dispute (correct) my credit history with a credit bureau?

If you have found an inaccuracy in the credit history held by a credit bureau regarding loans issued to you by Bank Uralsib, please submit an application to any Bank Uralsib branch.

If you have a valid loan agreement with Bank Uralsib, you may also submit an application electronically via the Online banking chat, the mobile app of Uralsib Online, or through the website.

How to submit your vehicle documents to the bank?

After receiving the loan, submit to the bank documents for a vehicle that is owned by you. Only one document of your choice is sufficient: Vehicle Registration Certificate (PTS) or Vehicle Registration Certificate (STS).

Requirements for the vehicle:

  • New or used;
  • Category B, C or D;
  • Value from 10 000 ₽.

How to submit documents to the bank?

You can do this easily and quickly by attaching a photo via the link

By email – kk@uralsibbank.ru:

  1. In the email, specify your Full name, the date of conclusion of the loan agreement, and the make and model of the vehicle.
  2. Attach a scan of the vehicle document.
  3. Add the following comment: «For fulfillment of the conditions for providing vehicle documents under the loan agreement».

You can also submit the documents in person at any bank branch 

Only for clients who have taken out a personal loan with the condition of providing vehicle documents.

What is not included in the Total Cost of Credit?

The Total Cost of Credit does not include:

  • Fines, penalties,  liquidated damages for breach of the agreement;
  • additional services from the bank, for example, SMS notifications;
  • mandatory insurance;

What is the Total Cost of Credit?

The Total Cost of Credit is an important indicator that allows the Borrower to assess all expenses associated with obtaining and servicing a credit product.

The Total Cost of Credit includes not only the principal amount of debt and interest on the loan, but also various commissions and fees that may be charged by the bank. Such fees include:

– Fee for opening and maintaining an account;
– Fee for issuing and servicing the loan;
– Charge for early repayment of the loan;
– Fees for additional services (for example, Borrower life insurance).

Calculation of the Total Cost of Credit:

To calculate the Total Cost of Credit, it is necessary to take into account all the commissions and fees listed above. The formula for calculating the Total Cost of Credit is as follows:

Total Cost of Credit = i * (1 + i)^n / (1 + i)^n - 1, where i is the annual interest rate, n is the loan term in years.

How can documents be signed?

If you ordered courier delivery, you may be asked to sign documents on paper or electronically in the Uralsib app or on the website of our partner www.efr.ru. After the agreement is concluded, you will receive a notification from NKO JSC NSD. This is a requirement of Federal Law No. 211-FZ dated July 20, 2020. In the document, the agreement is referred to as a “financial transaction” and is executed on the EFR website
