If you find an inaccuracy in the credit history contained in the credit bureau regarding loans issued to you by Bank Uralsib, submit an application at any Bank Uralsib branch.

If you have a valid loan agreement with Bank Uralsib, you may also submit an application electronically via the chat in the Online banking or mobile app of Uralsib Online, or through the website.  

Income can be confirmed with one of the following documents:

1.       A certificate of income in 2-PIT form - to obtain the certificate, you need to contact your employer and request the document from the accounting department.

2.       A certificate in the bank's form is an alternative type of income certificate. You can download the standard form using this link and submit it to the accounting department for completion.

3.       A statement from the Pension Fund - the document can be ordered through the Gosuslugi portal

It is sufficient to provide any of these documents. It is important that it contains income information for at least the last 3 months. As soon as you receive any of these certificates, send them to The bank by email at spravkapfr@uralsib.ru.

The simplest and fastest way is to send a statement from the Pension Fund immediately through the Gosuslugi service. To do this, follow the prompts: when the request has been processed, click the “Send by email” button and specify the email address spravkapfr@uralsib.ru or select the menu item “Choose a financial organization” and find Uralsib. Then you need to click the “Send” button.
